Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment time is 3 business days (except during the Holidays) and is the time from when it is sent out NOT when the order was placed. The processing and packaging time for each individual order may fluctuate depending on the volume of orders. This is a small business and not a warehouse so please have some patience. If you are worried about your order, you can always contact the email: info@yaoiscum.com for any updates.

If the item is labeled Delivered, but you do not see it in your mailbox, front porch, or is not at your local post office, there may be a chance the package was stolen or lost. 
Customer is responsible for retrieving the package. Every order comes with a tracking number so please keep an eye out on when the package is Out for Delivery.
If the carrier system labels it as 'Lost Package' I will personally try to resolve it with the post office but I cannot guarantee anything. If a signature confirmation is needed, please add it into your note at checkout. This will be an extra charge.

If the package gets returned to me due to an error in the address, there will be a shipping charge sent to you to resend it. So please make sure the address you use is working and correct!

International Shipping Policy
Everything from the domestic shipping policy is the same for international except the shipment time may take up to two weeks from the date it was sent out. Processing and packaging each individual order may fluctuate depending on the volume of orders.
The tracking of the package on the merchant side may not be as detailed. It mainly only shows when the package was shipped and when it arrived. Please look for tracking updates with your country's online postal service.
